Ad Paymasters Services

We will take care of the following employer responsibilities:

  • Paying your employees. Payslips are generated and emailed each pay-period.
  • Calculating their benefits such as holiday pay, sick leave, insurance, retirement
  • Deducting taxes on behalf of the Revenue
  • Court deductions
  • Paying all PAYE/payroll taxes on time
  • Calculating BIK on vans, cars, and loans
  • Filing reports to show correct compliance with all the above

Payroll Set Up

  • We will register your business as an employer (if you haven’t already done so)
  • We will register A.D. Paymaster as your PAYE tax agent with Revenue, allowing us to communicate directly with them on your behalf.

Payroll Software Set Up

  • We will set up all your employees on our payroll software.
  • Your business will also be set up as an employer on our payroll system.
  • All employees in your business will be set up on our system and we will ensure that tax credits are allocated correctly. If they are not, we will give you advice on what you need to do.
  • The information required includes name, date of birth, address, email address, Personal Public Service Number (PPSN), bank details, payment schedule and gross payment. We will help you retrieve the correct information from your employees.
